Elisa grew up in her grandfather's farm and her childhood was always among the nature. After her studies she decided to be where she really belongs and do what she loves: going into the fields, making delicious cheese, selling it to people, and taking care of her farm called "ZIPO", where cows are happy!
Take a deep inhale and smell the grass. Situated in the Parco Agricolo Sud which is an area located in south and south-east of Milan, Zipo farm is totally surrounded by fertile nature. The farm itself has beautiful architecture and interesting historical stories in itself.
Visit the farm where animals are all very happy. Know the stories of cows and how the farm gets sweet fresh milk from them. And wait... there are not only cows here - dogs, cats, geese (and more!)
Learn from the very beginning how to transform the milk into savory fresh cheese. Work in the laboratory together with the artisan, know the process and hear some tips.
